MBS Engineering Limited (RC.253283) was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Decree of 1990 on the 31st August, 1994 initially as Amal Engineering Services Limited. 

However, in compliance with the directives of the Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC, the corporate name had to be changed from Amal Engineering Services Limited to MBS Engineering Limited in February 2011. This became necessary, because according to the Commission, another Company with the name Amal Engineering Limited was registered earlier (29th August 1983) while this was registered on 31st August 1994. However, the Registration Number (RC.253283) and original date of registration remains unchanged as approved by the Commission.
